We hold all our employees, manufacturers and partners accountable to strict quality standards of manufacturing.
Fair Labor Practices
We treat all of our employees like family by providing industry leading working conditions. From offering above average salaries and benefits, to building state-of-the-art factories and offices, we make sure everyone can work in a safe, clean, happy and productive environment.
We are also proudly in compliance with strict fair labor standards set by international organizations like SA8000®.

.Forced Labor
Because of our strong belief in ethical working conditions for all workers, neither we nor any of our partners are allowed to use forced labor.
We actively campaign against unethical practices such as prison and indentured labor, and support organizations that fight to end these practices.

2.Child Labor
We strictly abide by child labor laws in each of the countries that we operate in. Neither we nor any of our partners are allowed to hire underage children.
Any partners or vendors found to have violated these laws are terminated immediately and reported to the authorities.

3.Harassment or Abuse
All of our employees are treated with respect and dignity. No employee shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse, and we make every effort to make sure the workplace is a safe and positive environment.

We provide all of our employees with healthy working environments designed to minimize the risk of accidents, injury or illness. We regularly conduct tests to ensure that all of our products are free of restrictive and hazardous materials that could be harmful to our employees and customers.

We guarantee all of our employees living wages and provide them with industry leading benefits such as health insurance, yearly bonuses and investment plans. We also campaign for, and actively support, industrywide initiatives to improve working conditions of factory workers from around the world.

6.Vendor Accountability
In addition to maintaining these standards, we require all of our manufacturers, suppliers and partners to monitor their own facilities and allow unannounced inspections of their facilities by independent auditors.
Sustainability
We're concerned with how climate change will impact our planet's future. That's why we are among the first few fashion brands taking steps to mitigate our environmental impact.
Advance Digital Printing Technology
Most large fashion brands use Screen Printing which uses chemical agents, large volumes of dyes/water/steam, and huge amounts of electricity to produce fabric. This results in large amounts of water and air pollution, as well as create health risks for factory works who are in constant contact with the chemicals. We have begun using an innovative Digital Printing technology to print graphics and patterns onto fabrics. Although this is a more costly manufacturing process, it produces only a fraction of the pollution of traditional Screen Printing which will not only benefit our customers and workers, but go a long ways to help save our environment.
Recycling Program
We are encouraging our customers to bring in unwanted clothes to our pop-up and college campus events in the US, Europe and other markets, in exchange for Tojonesq gift cards. The donated clothes are then refurbished and given to various charity organizations from around the world to help people in need.
